Sports Club Council

Hi everyone,
I would like to announce that on 2/25/09 the Central Florida Cycling Club became the 34th Sport club to join the Sports Club Council at UCF. We passed with a 6-0 vote by the executive board and a 26-0 vote by the council.

Moutain Biking

We have a new ride:
Saturday mountain bike ride at 10AM beginning Saturday, 2/28, at Snow Hill.
Plans:

• Everybody meet at Snow Hill (call or email Andrew Joslin for directions) at 10AM
• Ride till we die!

Rides!!!

Hi everybody, We will have an A, B and C ride on Sunday, Feb 15th.

They all leave from the student union by the stage.

A ride - 22 mph+, 2 hrs, leaves at Noon

B ride - 18-22 mph, 2 hrs, leaves at 2:15 pm

C ride 17- mph, 1.5 hrs, leaves at 4:30 pm

Club Updates

Hi everyone,
We had a great weekend at the Gainesville Cycling Classic. We had a number of members place in the points and ended up taking 8 teammates to race!
Our next race will be on 2/21 and 2/22 and will be in the lake mary/sanford area (which is like 30 mins away). There is no collegiate category so make sure you have your normal road license. You can check out all the details here:
